(More customer reviews)I bought this for a boat engine replacement project.I returned it.Quick story... Approx 600lb motor, well within 1000lb rating of puller.On first try. the puller went an inch or two and cut out (overload safety).Hmmm - found that the tool had arived with the puller cable spooled backwards, causing it to rub and abbraid on the entry opening and spooler mechanism.Pulled the cable all the way out and wound it back in correctly.The abbraision problem was solved, but the thing still cut out after every few inches.Finally got the engine high enough, then started moving it down onto a dolly.The variable speed which kind of worked in the pull mode does not work at all in the release mode.The slightest trigger pull caused the load to lower quickly and a minimum of an inch or more.Useless come time to gently lower the engine onto engine mounts.I'm returning it and getting a manual chain hoist.This product is a great concept, but a poor execution.It might be good for dragging trees or something, but not for any kind of precision work.

Valley 74510 Adjustable Tow Bar Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this tow bar to haul a 1995 Jeep Wrangler behind our motor home.

The price/quality equation is about right. The bar performs well and does what it's supposed to do, but it lacks the features of high-end bars made by other manufacturers (e.g. storage on the motor home, only having to get the tow vehicle 'close' to the bar to complete hookup, etc.). Additionally, the kit doesn't include safety chains (although the bar has mounts for them). A trip to the local Wal-Mart solves that issue.

Given this towing solution costs hundreds of dollars less than a higher-end one, I'll put up with the minor inconveniences encountered while hooking up/unhooking. Overall an economical way to tow flat-bumpered cars.

I have this keyring and the round ball that secures the keys unscrews incredibly easily.Normal handling, pocket/handbag/holding in my white knuckled fist whilst riding the No4 bus going 15mph above the speed limit - has caused it to unscrew dozens of times in the 2 months I've had it.In the past I've been lucky enough to hear the ball fall but my luck finally ran out last night at the market somewhere between the nectarines and the roast chicken.

Maybe if you have a butler who could drive to the market for your nectarines and roast chicken it would work for you.Sadly, I can no longer pretend my life is a BMW commercial. Schadenfreude for some!

Keyring is beautiful and I didn't buy it from an Amazon vendor so it's not anyone's fault really, more a design flaw.

That means that if you have thinner seat backs, then you WILL have a lot of extra seat cover. The seat cover itself is supposed to be held in place by small plastic hooks that broke easily. The bottom part of the seat cover is now in a ball off to the side of my seat because you cannot get in and out of the car without pulling at the flimsy strings that are supposed to hold it in place. Save your money.
